The RIO NIDO ROADHOUSE is open 363 days a year, beginning at 11:30 a.m. for weekday lunch and 9:00 a.m. for weekend brunch. The kitchen closes at 9 p.m., except on Friday and Saturday nights when it's open until 10 p.m. when the live music stops.

Tuesday is Fish & Chips all day and Thursday is the Fried Chicken special. Plus, practically every day there's some special that the cooks create. Ya never know!
